- The latest round of Windows update borked networking on my machine so I spent the better part of a week rebuilding my rig and having to upgrade to Windows 8. Oh and fuck you Steve Ballmer for inflicting this abortion of an OS Windows 8 on me. As soon as I can afford it I am getting a Mac or even a Linux box. All hail STEAM.
- Been using the the XReva xGamePad app for the iPad and using it to play. So far I am really happy with it and it turns my iPad into the control console from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Hey guys,
Just a quick note to say thanks for the show. I haven’t been able to log on as much as I would like lately so I really appreciate the recaps of the war that you guys are doing. It’s difficult to sift though all the forum posts to figure out what is happening. Having it all consolidated so that I can listen to it on my way to work is great.
Thanks

Hi,
I’m somewhat a rare listener, I’m not really in AIE, but have been listening to the AIE podcast for a couple years or so now (well before Umami integration) . Recently starting Eve online because of your time on there after CCP Fanfest. The stories you have told on AIE podcast in the past have always intrigued me and naturally joined EVE, and started listening to your Capstable podcast.
As a new pilot in Eve, I Love it. The atmosphere, exploration, diversity, and grandness that is EVE.
Thank you for trying to be newbie friendly on the podcast. I understand a lot of the game, basics and mechanics. But when you start telling of your stories in Null, it gets a bit to tech jargon (jargonie?).
It would be great if when talking about certain ships, you mentioned what class/level they were. Firetail being a T2 Rifter, or Rattlesnake being a special Scorpion or the Scorpion being a Battleship. Or just saying what class a ship is, just so some of the newer pilots have an understanding of the grandness that is going on. Having recently seen which compares the ships in size to some known landmarks on Earth.
Also going into details about alliances. How with everything going on in Fountain, do all these different groups go about just going against the Goons, and the aftermath possibilities. Some political drama of sorts.
Explaining the System Timers of retaking systems, how that works. Attack/defend and such.
Thanks for always saying to enjoy the game, as it is our $15 and we want something different out of it than the next guy.
Nothing wrong being a HighSec carebear.
The CapBooster is a good idea, especially since we all have other things going on.
Thanks to VailGeek for the 21day trial, he did get the plex. I guess I’m not eligible for the reimbursement payout for Plex because I’m not in AIE U.
Currently enjoying the starting corp with Minmatar (RMS). Hopefully will join you in counterattack in Fountain and such, until my schedule clears up.
Thanks and keep up the good work.

Hey guys, just wanted to drop you a line to commend you on the awesome show you put together.
I like the fact that you bring EVE politics into the show, it helps a super-noob like myself understand the player created dynamics within EVE. Although I could see where some would not like the TEST point of view that is often portrayed, it is helpful to me to see another side of something big that is happening in the game.
One thing that I would like to see more in the show is discussion of particular fights (preferably solo) that you have been having. I understand that oftentimes you are in fleets and you already cover those, but it would be nice to see a breakdown of fit, opponent, etc (Maybe each co-host breaks down their interesting fight of the month in a Cap Booster every once in a while?).
Anyway, thanks for delivering a great show.
